She called me back and harassed me. I needed to get home ASAP for an emergency and did not know my way around the city. I apologized to the lady for not seeing her, panicking, and unknowingly having my phone on silent. As impatient as I may have made her, you NEVER scream at a customer. I work at a restaurant and if I screamed at a customer for dumping food on my head because I didn't make it right or something, I would be fired on the spot! Pros: I liked how she answered the phone on the first ring and greeted me. Cons: This woman needs to learn how to control her anger and be patient with people who aren't familiar with how taxi's work. Please either teach her how to behave or fire her. MA taxi was driving by they were great there phone number 207-518-3563 call them you be glad you did. Pros: Be truthfull and if people request a van tell them you don't have any not to send 2 cabs. When I asked what their delivery fee was she quoted their mileage rates. I said "what would it cost for you to pick up some food at Denny's and bring it to my apartment" she asked where I was, I said "on cumberland ave 1 mile from the restaurant" then she tired to say she didn't know if they did that or not.
